My name is Kimber Collom, the owner and founder of Rise Above Baking Company. More importantly, I am a mother of two amazing daughters, and an incredibly blessed Pastor’s wife.
My passion for baking was discovered in 2013 when my oldest daughter, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After a year, many hours of countless experiments, and determination to create safe, gluten free treats, Rise Above Baking was born.
Currently, Rise Above Baking Company has made its mark on the Vail Valley bringing healthy, Celiac friendly treats that no one would ever expect to be gluten free and dairy free. Whether being gluten free is your choice or your need, Rise Above Baking Company is here to bring a little sweetness to your life.

Our goal at Rise Above Baking is to make quality treats that taste great and that won’t make you sick. To ensure that, all of our products are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and made with organic and non-GMO ingredients. All baked goods are made in a dedicated gluten free facility where you never have to worry about cross contamination.
